If you've got a vegetable or flower garden in addition to bugs, you’ve had late night visits from snails and slugs. Be prepared when they arrive because these little party insects just love beer.
Just empty about one-third of a bottle of beer (however you choose) and then bury the bottle with the remaining beer upright in your garden. They’ll find it if you leave the open neck sticking out of the ground about one inch. The snails and slugs will fall in and will not be able to get out. For larger snails with shells, pour a bit of beer into a shallow dish and the same thing will happen.
